Quels sont les moyens de paiement acceptés ?
Le règlement des achats se fait via l’extension STRIPE (similaire à Paypal), une plateforme sécurisée et qui accepte les modes de règlements suivants : carte bancaire (VISA, Mastercard, CB, American Express…), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link. Enfin, le prélèvement SEPA est possible mais les jeux ne seront envoyé qu’une fois le prélèvement validée par la banque.

Est-ce que je peux payer par mandat administratif ou sur facture ?
Bien sûr ! Il suffit de nous écrire ou de remplir le formulaire suivant : click here (cette page contient un formulaire pour remplir les informations de votre école et permettre de créer un devis, nous vous enverrons une facture après votre demande).

Comment télécharger mes jeux après l’achat ?
Une fois le paiement validé, vous aurez une page avec un lien de téléchargement. Vous pouvez également accéder à vos fichiers à tout moment en vous connectant à votre compte sur le site. Le téléchargement est immédiat — pas d’attente, pas d’envoi postal ! Pensez à ne pas fermer la page de téléchargement tant que celui-ci n’est pas terminé, sinon il faudra y accéder par votre compte ou en nous contactant par mail : thebritishfox02@gmail.com

En quel format sont les fichiers ?
Tous nos jeux sont au format PDF, prêts à imprimer et à utiliser sur n’importe quel appareil !

Puis-je imprimer les jeux chez moi ou en imprimerie ?
Oui, tout à fait ! Vous pouvez les imprimer chez vous, à l’école ou les faire imprimer chez un imprimeur. Notez que les imprimeurs demandent souvent un fond perdu, non inclus dans nos fichiers.

Puis-je utiliser les jeux avec plusieurs enfants ou classes ?
Oui ! L’achat donne droit à un usage personnel ou en classe. Vous pouvez imprimer autant de copies que nécessaire pour vos propres élèves ou enfants. La revente, la redistribution et la modification des fichiers est interdite. Plus d’information ici : click here

Que faire si j’ai un problème pour télécharger ou ouvrir les fichiers ?

Puis-je être remboursé si le produit ne me plaît pas ?
Étant donné qu’il s’agit de produits numériques, les remboursements ne sont généralement pas possibles. Mais si vous avez un souci, n’hésitez pas à nous écrire.

Proposez-vous des jeux gratuits ?
Oui ! Rendez-vous sur la page Ressources Gratuites pour accéder à des jeux imprimables sans frais.

Puis-je utiliser les jeux si j’ai un niveau d’anglais débutant ?
Absolument ! Nos jeux sont conçus pour être simples et visuels, parfaits même si vous débutez en anglais.

Ces jeux conviennent-ils à tous les âges ?
Nos jeux sont principalement conçus pour les enfants de 3 à 10 ans. L’âge conseillé est indiqué sur chaque fiche produit. L’âge n’est qu’une indication, il faut choisir les jeux en fonction du niveau des enfants, et adapter si besoin.

1. How do I download my games after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, a page will open with a download link. You can also access your purchased files anytime by logging into your account on the website. Downloads are instant — no waiting or shipping! Remember not to close the download page before you have finished downloading everything. If you happen to do so, you can access the games from your account or by sending us an email.

2. What file formats do I receive?
All our games come as PDF files, ready to print and use on any device.

3. Can I print the games at home or at a print shop?
Absolutely! You can print the PDFs at home, at school or take them to a professional print shop. Bare in mind that some printers ask for a  »fond perdu » which is not included in our files.

4. Can I use these games with multiple children or in several classrooms?
Yes! Your purchase is licensed for personal or classroom use. You can print as many copies as needed for your own use. Reselling, redistributing or modifying the files is not allowed (see more)

5. What if I have technical issues downloading or opening the files?

6. Can I get a refund if I don’t like a product?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not typically offered. But if you have a problem, please contact us.

7. Do you offer free games?
Yes! Visit our Free Resources page to access printable games at no cost.

8. Can I use these games if my English level is beginner?
Definitely! Our games are designed to be visual and simple, perfect even if you’re not fluent in English. We are trying to make English more fun and accessible to all, regardes of your level, to make you teach English with more confidence !

9. Are these games suitable for all ages?
Our games are designed for children aged 3–10. You’ll find the age recommendation on each product page. Bare in mind that age is only an indication and you have to choose games according children’s level, not only their age.

10. How can I buy a physical product ?

Our shop offers a selection of physical products. The main items are : the British Box, posters, magnets and card games. The British Boxes are seasonal products and available in limited quantities. The rest is available all year round depending on the stock we have. To purchase, simply add the product to your cart, you will then have to enter your home address to access the shipping details. British Boxes are shipped with Mondial Relay or Chronopost depending on your country. The smaller products are shipped via La Poste/Colissimo directly to your home address. Fees may be applied depending on the product, and there is a small fee for products shipped outside of France.

11. How do pre orders work ?

Some of our physical products are only available though pre order to help us produce the exact quantity needed and not create unnecessary stock. Pre orders generally run for 1 or 2 weeks. Then we start creating the games, production time varies depending on the product. British Boxes are printed and assembled in 4 weeks, excluding shipping, card games around 2 weeks and magnets around a week.
